"Nope!", all you need is a broadband internet connection(768 kbps or Higher). Since all of our security cams are wireless; you will not have to deal with long amounts of cabling trailing through your facility. Once the cams are in place; a wireless router(leased through My Web Eyes®) will be installed on your primary internet connection(This will not disable your internet in any way.), and the router and cameras will be configured to our networks specifications; Once your account is enabled on the server(usually a matter of minutes); you will be live!

Upon contacting one of our My Web Eyes® representatives, you will be asked several questions about your facility, it's geography, and your network in an attempt to assure quality service that meets your needs. Once a representative schedules a live consultation, we will dispatch our highly trained IT pros to your facility in to customize an install plan based on your input and your facility. After our install plan is in place, My Web Eyes® will send out an installer with your specific instructions on how and where you want your security cameras placed(See Restrictions).
